HOW TO GET A PRESSURISED HOT WATER SUPPLY TO A LOFT ...
To convert from a low-pressure pipework system, including an old power shower, to a high-pressure cold feed in a loft, you'll need to remove the existing low-pressure plumbing, potentially install a pump to increase pressure, and then connect a high-pressure cold water feed to the shower. This might involve modifying the loft plumbing and potentially upgrading the shower itself.

To install like for like shower switch

To install pipe work for pump/power shower /tank

Includes

Removal of old riser rail
Assembly and installation of new riser rail

Only to be used when booking other services otherwise a minimum of 1/2 hour will be charged at our prevailing rate

-Includes installation of new electrical cable from distribution board to designated new electrical shower switch
-Includes installation of electrical shower isolator
-Includes installation of electrical cable from electrical isolator to electrical shower

Based on satisfactory pre-exsisting earthing and distribution board arrangements includes

-Includes carry out electrical safety tests and commissioning of electrical circuit
-Includes registration of electrical work with building control department
-Includes electrical installation certificate

You have a combination boiler, or Unvented cylinder or Pre-existing pump that is suitable and already installed piped.
Pipe work to be connected to adjacent hot and cold water services

General Scope Terms

-To install associated pipework hot and cold based on maximum 10m
-Pipework to be surface run
-To install isolation valves if suitable and required.
-To assemble / install External Mixer (EV) valve shower

Service does not include any materials that may be needed.
