The following assumptions are made

- Spare capacity in exsisting distribution board and switchgear components available otherwise new distribution board will be required with sufficient amperage

- Based on existing electrical installation meeting a minimum safety standard as defined by the electrical regulations with regards to RCD protection and earthing arrangements.

This service is only for surface mounted mixer valve .

Assumptions are ; that

You have a combination boiler, or Unvented cylinder or Pre-existing pump that is suitable and already installed piped.
Pipe work to be connected to adjacent hot and cold water services

General Scope Terms

-To install associated pipework hot and cold based on maximum 10m
-Pipework to be surface run
-To install isolation valves if suitable and required.
-To assemble / install External Mixer (EV) valve shower

Service does not include any materials that may be needed.

Please add on the power shower to the order when booking .

Installation of work are based upon Assumptions made:

To replace the cut out in a Mira Shower , which is the most common fault of the shower going hot/cold .
